-Take at least 30 minutes uninterrupted to yourself, it could be longer if you would like.
-Choose a quiet space where you can sit or lay down comfortably. If you need to set a timer, use a gentle tone.
-You may add:
•your favorite candle, incense, and/or essential oil
•soft music
•wear, hold, or place crystals near you
-While settling into position, invite your ancestors, spiritual guides, and or higher powers to join you. Take 3 deep inhales and exhales. Close your eyes. Soften your breath. Relax your body systematically from your head to your toes. Let the energy openly flow between you and the universe. Listen. Witness. Allow.
-When you have finished, take your time awakening to the present. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Then move your head slowly, side to side. Roll over into a fetal position for a few breaths, then gently sit up for 3 deep inhales and exhales.
-Bring your hands together in prayer. Bowing your head, give thanks to any spiritual helpers who may have assisted.
-Take things slow as you begin to reintegrate into the world. Make sure to take notes of any sensation, thoughts, or feelings that arose during and after the session. Remember to drink more water than usual.
