The truth about honesty.

It is no matter to be honest with the outer world. What good is it if you have not cultivated the sight and sense of the SELF...Honesty is a personal tool...It makes space for understanding and assists continual integration of experiences. If you are true and clear with your interpretations, this is your map...your guide...your strength to BE.

Who are you? What are your passions? What and who supports your wholeness? Daily set yourself as a priority. Witness your feelings and emotions. They have information for you. Let go of analyzing, instead step away from the mind. Meditation gives you space to practice wider perspectives. What you need know will arise on its own when you aren't trying.

Keep a journal of insights and observations. Practicing these skills makes it easier over time to naturally be the observer and the observed. Trust another with your journey. Sharing your findings with a trusted confidant aids in support and confirmation of your findings and revelations.

Being true to yourself is the power of honesty which enhances your ability to discern. Now you have the power of choice. From this place of clarity you empower your life and shine light our into the wolrd.
