Body Poem: Connecting To How You Really Feel

Fill in the blanks after each body part. I will tell you more after you finish.
My Feet Feel:
My Knees Feel:
My Legs Feel:
My Hips Feel:
My Back Feels:
My Stomach Feels:
My Heart Feels:
My Shoulders Feel:
My Neck Feels:
My Jaw Feels:
My Eyes Feel:
My Ears Feel:
My Head Feels:
Now after you have finished read the poem replacing the body parts with "I Feel". How does this change the meaning of the words you wrote? What came out in the open that might have been hidden? Contemplate what you have uncovered but do not let it rule your thoughts. Be objective and don't over think it. Our best "aha" moments come to us when we aren't trying. I hope you have enjoyed this venture. When revisiting this poem, now that you know what you do at the end, write the first words that come to mind so you do not knowingly affect the results.
Namaste
