Understanding the Chakras for Self Healing

The traditional chakras number in 7. Here is an easy guide to understanding them. I show only the postive attributes of the chakras because this is their natural state. If you are finding imbalances in any of them please use this information to bring awareness and healing to them.

Wearing the oils, colors, and stones is one way. Thinking of the colors and what they mean are also effective during breathwork or meditation. Asking the Angels for help with specific items of concern before bed brings "aha" moments in the morning. Using the affirmations or mantras one at a time for multiple repetitions or in sequence from Base to Crown is useful to clear and realign the energies.
